Stacy J. Kenworthy
President and CEO

A veteran of more than 15 years in the finance and technology fields, Stacy Kenworthy directs many of the critical business activities for ApplianceWare, as well as developing and maintaining relations with the company's investors and leading market analysts. His current focus is set on advancing ApplianceWare's business and strategic relationships forward in the rapidly developing Networked Storage markets. Mr. Kenworthy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Accounting from Georgia State University. He also holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.

Will Coolidge
Chief Technology Officer

Mr.. Coolidge's role at ApplianceWare includes responsibility for architecture and development. He oversees ApplianceWare's core competency in the area of Linux kernel, systems, Java technology, and distributed management for runtime and application products that scale from consumer devices to the enterprise. He is also responsible for the management of the engineering operations. ApplianceWare's engineering is based on offshore resources, open-source development and process refinement to ensure a strategic cost advantage for product and service offerings. Will received the degrees of Diplom Engineer (MS) from the Technical University of Denmark in control theory and BA from the University of Vermont in philosophy and religion.

Steve Soto
Chief Operating Officer

Previously ApplianceWare's VP of Engineering, Steve stepped into the role of COO after a 20 years storage technology career that has spanned technical support, coding, product design, sales, product marketing, engineering management, and M&A activities. Previous positions have included Product Manager at Procom Technology, CTO/CIO at Todd Enterprises, Director of Technical Support at Hitachi, Field Engineer at Meridian Data, and Data Security Software Developer at EDS. Having led the development of the previous generations of the ApplianceWare product, he comes with a background that crosses the technical as well as the business side of ApplianceWare. Steve studied electrical engineering at San Jose State before moving into software development.
